Bed and Breakfast Predio San Fernando is located in the quiet typical of the Tuscan countryside between Bolsena Lake and Mount Amiata.

In hilly and panoramic position, at the foot of the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno, the B&B is set only 15 minutes far from the medieval village of San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena), 20 minutes from Orvieto and an hour and a half from Rome.

The B&B Predio San Fernando is located in the territory of Acquapendente (City of Pugnaloni), municipality in the province of Viterbo in Upper Tuscia Latium, bordering Tuscany and Umbria.

This charming spot of Italy has a remarkable natural, cultural and artistic heritage: Etruscan necropolis, Roman ruins, castles, churches, palaces, nature reserves, thermal springs, small villages, medieval and Renaissance hamlets famous for their “Sagre” and local products.

From our B&B you can easily reach beautiful cities of art like Siena, Florence, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Viterbo, Pienza, Montalcino, Sovana and Montepulciano.

Lovers of water sports can instead choose from the nearby Bolsena Lake, the seaside of Lazio with the beaches of Tarquinia and Montalto or the promontory of Monte Argentario and the famous shores of Telamon, Orbetello, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano.

All those who wish to take care of their own body can visit the many springs and thermal waters that flow in these places (Terme dei Papi in Viterbo, Terme San Casciano dei Bagni, San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni).

Gourmet is one of the features that best characterizes this area, able to satisfy the most demanding palates, especially those who love food and a good glass of wine.
